I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and provided us with all the necessary information we needed. Secondly, the hotel room was clean, and I loved the fact that it had a balcony with a nice view of the pool. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby places such as Sunset Road and Kuta. We also appreciated the option to rent a car or motorbike from the hotel reception, making it convenient to explore the area. During my New Year's stay, the noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff was unresponsive to my complains and didn't do anything about it.

Almost perfect.

The hotel is located relatively close to some fast food places but unfortunately not near the beach or good restaurants. the room is decent-sized and clean, with a comfortable bed. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions.

Sadly, the pool area is quite dirty and murky and not suitable for swimming.
